Key Responsibilities
Manage HSSE user access, permission settings within the DMS Admin library
Support the document approval, version control, archiving processes
Liaise with development team for technical issues
Maintain and audit the document lifecycle
Ensure version history and document retention policies are applied correctly, for backup, and disaster recovery
Ensure document metadata standards are enforced
Identify opportunities for system enhancements
Provide guidance and support to the HSSE team
Experience with the following:
Previous experience in customer service, support, or service-oriented roles, with a positive attitude and desire to support HSSE.
Strong knowledge and proficiency with SharePoint
Experience in document control, QA/QC processes, metadata and document lifecycle management
Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across global time zones and regions.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with peers.
Awareness of Power Automate workflows
Experience with HSSE viewed favorably
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related professional experience
