Power BI report development experience (3-5 years minimum).
Dynamics 365 CE. Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service Module.
Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven). Power Automate.
Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Good hands-on knowledge on REST, SOAP & Web Services
Willing to take responsibility to own and investigate issues and driving through to resolution
Ability to work collaboratively with remote onshore/offshore teams
Expertise in handling & debugging D365 related issues (JavaScript/C#/ASP.Net/Html)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good customer approach/very customer centric
Flexible working, able to support different time zones as required
Familiarity with Data Management Framework workspace tools.
Analytical mind with a problem solving aptitude.
