Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple end-to-end implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery excellence.
Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to consultants, analysts, and developers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
Drive the adoption of best practices and standards across project delivery, optimizing efficiency and quality.
Lead problem-solving efforts, leveraging deep domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
8-11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, with a track record of leading successful implementation projects.
Proven experience managing and mentoring project teams, including consultants, analysts, and developers.
Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, with a focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex project environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert (required).
