Role Introduction

As a Junior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will oversee your own career and personal development with the support of our organization.

• Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Operations.
• Deliver quality business and software application services to clients.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Power Apps for Dynamics 365 CE to extend and enhance core functionalities.
• Good to have experience in Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Portals.
• Good to have experience in configuring build and release pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps.
• Good to have experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
• Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
• Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner.
• Advise customers on industries best practices in a proactive rather than passive way.
