CONDUCT OFFLINE & ONLINE HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAININGS ON -

DIPLOMA FIRE & SAFETY

DIPLOMA IN OIL & GAS SAFETY MANAGEMENT

AND OTHER HEALTH AND SAFETY COURSES

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH AND SAFETY FIELD INLCLUDING CONDUCTING SAFETY TRAININGS.

NEBOSH IGC, DIPLOMA IN FIRE & SAFETY, IOSH MS, ISO 45001, OSHA, FIRST-AID ARE THE BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POST

Be punctual and start training both offline and online on time Prepare lesson plans and update during the sessions and record the same in google
drive

Conduct training in ethical manner as per Inspirit standards taking in to
consideration the different type of learning needs and any disabilities/language issues

or issue related to content and previous experience that may be encountered.

Use inclusive teaching methods during training to ensure all learners understand the
concepts and make use of all learning aids and technology available at its peak.

Answer queries of learners received through whatsapp/email and update details in
learner query tracker

Note down learner complaints if any received in written format by email/whatsapp and
enter in complaints log.

Discuss nature of complaint with MD and other relevant staff and identify solution to
the problem

Assist training coordinator in preparation and recording of registration forms, formative
assessments, progress report, tutor performance, tutor review and course review

documents.

Conduct trainer observation/Peer observations Provide written advise for improvement and final assessment registration to each
learner based on their performance in the progress report

Attend workshops/conferences to stay updated

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
