Job Description

A Male candidate who is qualified in Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering / NEBOSH with 1-2 years in Civil Construction field is required. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key responsibilities as given below:

Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.*
Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.*
Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.*
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client HSE requirements.*
Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, PPE issuance logs, and training registers.*
Investigate and report near misses, incidents, and accidents; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.*
Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure the readiness of fire fighting and first-aid equipment.*
Prepare audit observation reports and provide timely responses to internal audit findings.*
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance at the site.*

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
