Policy and Procedure:

Risk Assessment:

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Training and Education:

Train employees on safety protocols, procedures, and environmental awareness. Create and deliver safety training programs.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences. This includes reporting incidents to management.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with all applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation and ensure the organization remains compliant.

Reporting:

Document safety information, meeting minutes, and incident reports. Prepare reports for management on a regular basis.

Advising Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE matters, providing guidance to site management and ensuring safety is a priority in decision-making.
