Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and implement safety procedures, policies, and training programs.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents, and implement corrective actions.

2. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to health, safety, and environment.

- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

3. Training and Awareness:

- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies.

- Promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees.

4. Environmental Management:

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

- Develop and implement environmental management plans and procedures.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and submit reports on health, safety, and environmental incidents, and compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environment.

Requirements:

1. Education

: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2. Experience:

2-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

4. Certifications

: Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
