Job Description

We are looking for an HSE Officer to implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment requirements at the project site, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, client/EPC standards, and internal policies for incident-free execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project HSE plans, HIRA, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for key construction activities. Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and ensure timely closure of nonconformities. Monitor compliance with permits to work, method statements, and safe operating procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions. Report, investigate, and document incidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions. Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, and maintenance of firefighting and first-aid facilities. Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Industrial/Occupational Safety. 3-5 years HSE experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of safety laws, standards, and codes (Factories Act, BOCW, OSHA/ISO 45001 a plus). Experience in site inspections, audits, incident investigation, and safety training. Strong communication, coordination, and on-site implementation skills.
