Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and company standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action plans.
Provide training and mentoring to employees and contractors on HSE best practices.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during inspections and audits.
Maintain and report HSE performance metrics to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and reduce incidents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
