Job Title: HSE & Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and hands-on HSE & Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment. The candidate should be capable of handling manpower, coordinating shifts, supporting staff locally, and supervising daily cleaning and safety activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all housekeeping and cleaning staff on-site Maintain complete knowledge of staff details, attendance, and shift schedules Allocate daily duties and ensure proper manpower planning and work completion Coordinate closely with housekeeping staff and maintain strong local support and communication Act as a point of contact for all housekeeping-related manpower and operations Ensure all cleaning activities meet company hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards Monitor cleanliness of all assigned areas including common areas, washrooms, workspaces, and surroundings Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety gear Implement and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices Conduct regular inspections and take corrective actions when required Train housekeeping staff on cleaning methods, safety procedures, and discipline Report daily activities, manpower status, and issues to the management Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and discipline standards

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / HSE Supervisor Strong ability to manage manpower and coordinate teams Good knowledge of cleaning processes, materials, and equipment Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards Leadership qualities with a hands-on supervisory approach Ability to communicate clearly with staff and management Physically fit and willing to be present on the floor for supervision Local area knowledge in and around Calicut is an added advantage
