Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Develop, implement, and monitor

HSE plans, procedures, and policies

Ensure compliance with

local laws, safety regulations, and international standards

(OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Conduct

risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and job safety analyses (JSA)

Carry out regular

site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare

root cause analysis and reports

Deliver

toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions

Monitor use of

PPE

and safe work practices Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors on HSE matters Maintain

HSE records, permits, statistics, and reports

Ensure environmental controls related to

waste management, pollution control, and sustainability

Stop unsafe work practices and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
