Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Teach all core subjects for the assigned primary grade as per the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.
Create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
Track student progress, maintain academic records, and communicate with parents.
Conduct assessments, prepare report cards, and provide regular feedback.
Ensure overall well-being, discipline, and safety of students.
Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and subject teachers.
Engage in PTMs, school events, assemblies, and academic activities.
Support students individually wherever required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Ed is mandatory.
2-3 years of experience as a Primary/HRT teacher preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Fluency in English required.
