Roles and Responsibilities

:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for core subjects (English, EVS, and Mathematics). Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports students' academic and emotional development. Act as the primary point of contact for the class, maintaining strong communication with parents and school staff. Track and assess individual student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Encourage positive student behavior through clear expectations and consistent discipline. Collaborate with subject teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to ensure curriculum integration and coherence. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and report cards. Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, field trips, and extracurricular activities. Ensure classroom management and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

:

Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience as a primary grade teacher in a reputed school. Excellent command over English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching with a child-centric approach and innovative classroom practices. Proficient in using digital tools and technology for teaching and documentation.
