Ability to build and publish customized reports and dashboards using Advanced Reporting in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) - Table , Canvas , Tile , Dashboard and Story Board reports.
Exposure on transactional works on SF\xe2\x80\x99s Onboarding, Employee Central, LMS and PMGM modules.
Create and present high-quality presentations to stakeholders on SuccessFactors\' Reports.
Experienced in Scheduling Reports .
Working knowledge on RBP (Role Based Permission) to manage the report access for End-Users.
Knowledge of managing Foundation Objects in SF.
Knowledge of Bulk Upload (Import and Export Data / Import Employee Data)
Ability to build Custom Report using complex logic and layouts in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) will be an added advantage.
Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.

Position Requirements:

5+ yrs. of HR experience with at least 2 yrs. Experience in supporting SAP SuccessFactors \xe2\x80\x93 Reports & Analytics Modules.
Good MS Excel / Word skills.
Strong auditing skills and high attention to detail with regards to data.
Good verbal / written communication skills.
Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
Demonstrated data analysis skills.
Willing to train/cross-train team members.
Certification in SF Reporting module (People Analytics) is an advantage.
