Assist on recruiting process, contact potential candidates, arrange interview with different stakeholders of department.
Assist on employment contract preparation, onboarding of new join, offboarding process.
Familiar with work pass applications, assist and handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employee.
Manage employee leave and attendance, and submission of statutory claims.
Assist on in-house training, external training sourcing, and company event.
Maintenance and upkeeping of employee's profile.
Maintain of monthly filing.
Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters.
Provide administrative support to assistant manager and head of department.
Other ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma graduate in Human Resource Management or Business an advantage
Min 2 years of work experience in related role.
Has knowledge and familiar with MOM standards for hiring of foreign employees.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Independent, possess good organisation skills with ability to multi-task.
