Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with current open position and understand job requirements and hiring needs
Source and hunts candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and job applications to assess suitability
Conduct initial call to phone and Lineup there interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience and quality profiles for Client
Stay updated on hiring trends, and recruitment best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field
6 months -1 years of proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR Recruitment role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Knowledge of End to End Recruitment process and ready the learn new things
