What You'll Do
Assist in hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Write creative job posts, social media captions, and email copy.
Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR activities.
Help create HR docs, policies, and brand content.
Work closely with founders and learn directly in a fast-paced startup.
What We're Looking For
Strong English writing & communication skills.
A "people person" with a creative touch.
Willing to learn HR + content + startup culture.
Freshers or 0-2 years of experience welcome.
