The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle -- from identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while promoting a positive employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company website).
Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Interviewing & Selection:
Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Facilitate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation.
Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and events.
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance:
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3+ years) in recruitment, preferably within [industry/sector].
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with employment laws and best HR practices.
Preferred Skills:
