Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.

Draft and post compelling job descriptions across relevant portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.).

Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/Zoom interviews for the initial round.

Shortlist candidates and coordinate the interview process with internal stakeholders.

Maintain a structured candidate database and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.

Help improve hiring processes and candidate experience with feedback and insights.

Support in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding procedures.

0 to 2 years of prior experience in recruitment or human resources (internships count too).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).

Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit through effective screening.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Familiarity with job portals and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Startup or agency recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
