Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
process for various roles across IT, Non-IT, and bulk hiring mandates.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure timely closures.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and engage passive candidates.
Support in offer negotiation and post-offer engagement until the candidate joins.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
Strong understanding of various hiring domains - IT, Non-IT, and bulk hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Ability to handle multiple mandates and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job boards.
