Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients professionally at the front desk
Handle inbound & outbound calls and client inquiries
Understand and check job requirements from clients
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and staffing needs
Monitor basic HR activities such as attendance, records, and follow-ups
Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Represent the company in a polite and professional manner
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Good communication skills in English & local language
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
