Job Responsibilities
Support daily HR and administrative operations
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
Handle office coordination, vendor follow-ups, and supplies management
Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes
Good communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Willingness to learn and work in a team
