EXPERIENCE - 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF PAYROLL SPECIALIST/ASSISTANT IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR



JD

Develop system to process payroll account transactions(salary/benefits/deduction/taxes) manage employee attendance through HRMS & managing employee leave balance. look after proceeding of payroll changes (new employee/terminations/salary increment/bonus payouts) Collaborating with accounting team for salary proceeding & ERP salary posting. Processing PF & ESIC for all eligible employees. Processing PF for outgoing employees & transferring PF account to their future company. Monitoring attendance @ all work sites.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
