Spine NX & HRM

Maintain employee payroll data, attendance, and leave records in
Spine HRMS
.
Ensure
accurate and timely salary disbursement
in coordination with the Finance department.
Process
Full and Final Settlements (F&F)
and maintain exit payroll documentation.
Handle statutory compliance including
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus
.
Prepare and file
monthly/quarterly/annual returns
(e.g., PF ECR, ESI returns, Form 24Q).
Manage
employee queries
related to payroll, taxation, and salary slips.
Coordinate with auditors during
payroll audits
and ensure documentation is in order.
Generate regular and ad-hoc
MIS reports
, salary registers, and cost analysis as required.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, HR, or related field
.
3-6 years of experience
in payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with Spine HRMS (NX & HRM modules)
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
Indian statutory compliance
related to payroll.
Proficient in
MS Excel
and working with spreadsheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential data professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in HR
Experience in working with
large employee databases
.
Exposure to
multiple payroll cycles
, incentive processing, and tax planning.
Knowledge of
labour laws and employee benefits schemes
.
