We are seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in Payroll & Statutory Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure legal compliance, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory returns, and payroll systems, with a proven track record of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, tax calculations, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings/returns accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain employee records related to payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies for inspections and compliance audits.
Respond to payroll and compliance-related employee queries with accuracy and efficiency.
Support HR operations in policy implementation, HRMS data management, and employee documentation.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work with deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
