Job Description

Roles & responsibilities & benefits I see :

Create a welcoming environment:

Make sure new employees feel welcome and have the tools they need to succeed

Coordinate trainings

: Plan and schedule training sessions for new employees (new joinee connects , inductions, Posh, ISMS /other mandatory trainings)

Develop handbooks/corporate induction decks

: Create and update employee handbooks and policies along with HR

Ensure proper introduction:

Make sure new employees are introduced to their team and have access to the right hardware and software

Enroll in benefits

: Enroll new employees in health, pension, and other relevant plans

Gather feedback:

Collect feedback from new employees and make improvements to the onboarding process

Track metrics & KRAs:

Track metrics like completion rates and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement : Setting up KRAs for first 30-45 days *

Improve employee retention

: Help employees feel like they belong and are part of the company culture
