Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, Payroll Operations

This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data, information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, operational support, and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

Lead a team of payroll analysts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.*
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.*

2. Payroll Operations:

Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.*
Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.*

3. Reporting and Analytics:

Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.*
Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.*

4. Compliance and Process Improvement:

Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies.*
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.*

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.*
Proven experience in Payroll or a related role, with a strong background in leadership.*
Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.*
Five Days working from Office*

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Certification in payroll management or HR operations.*
Experience in process improvement and automation.*
Preference of an understanding of Workday/HRMS Payroll module*
Key Skills and Attributes:

Leadership and team management skills.*
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.*
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.*
