This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data, information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, operational support, and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.
Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership:
Lead a team of payroll analysts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.*
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.*
2. Payroll Operations:
Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.*
Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.*
3. Reporting and Analytics:
Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.*
Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.*
4. Compliance and Process Improvement:
Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies.*
