Job Summary
The HR Operations [Specialist/Manager] is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and streamlined HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on operational excellence in HR services, data management, compliance, HR systems, and process improvements to support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Processes
Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits).
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records (physical and HRIS).
Oversee HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and policies.
2. HR Systems & Data Management
Administer HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll inputs).
Support digital transformation initiatives within HR.
3. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in audits and maintain necessary documentation for compliance.
Support the rollout and communication of HR policies and updates.
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
Liaise with payroll team or vendors for timely and accurate processing.
Administer employee benefits programs and respond to queries.
Handle leave management systems and employee attendance records.
5. Employee Support & Communication
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Provide support during grievance handling or policy clarification.
