Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and support
Oracle HRMS technical components
including Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE).
Write and optimize complex
PL/SQL
queries, procedures, packages, and triggers.
Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices for development, documentation, and change management.
Provide support for issue resolution and performance tuning of existing systems.
Assist in system upgrades, patching, and data migration activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong experience with
Oracle Forms and Reports
, SQL, and
PL/SQL
development.
Good understanding of
Oracle HRMS modules
(Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, etc.).
Experience working on
Interfaces and Data Conversions
in HRMS.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Prior experience in implementing or supporting
