Job Title: HRMS Implementation & Support Engineer Implementation
Work closely with clients for data gathering, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Beehive HRMS Software.
Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project/implementation plan and schedule.
Offer guidance on configuration options to meet customer needs, support co-ordination for integration of different types Biometric Hardware etc.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project deliverables and mitigate risks.
Ensure smooth project execution until Go-Live, including data migration. Support
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
Manage and service multiple clients serving as both project manager and technical consultant.
Support troubleshooting, Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries over Phone-Emails-Ticketing System.
Attend to Support Calls / Meetings / Visits as appropriate for Support & Training activities.
Collaborate with several teams (e.g. software development, testing, engineering, sales) to achieve our common goal of solving our customer problems and enhancing our products.
Basic SQL Knowledge. Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong working Knowledge of any HRMS software- Modules and work-flow.
Should have Minimum 2 years of working experience on HRMS Products/ HR.
Should be Passionate about learning New Functions.
Analytical mind-set & good problem-solving skills.
