Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating new hire orientation.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in line with company policy.
HRIS Management:
Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and manage payroll preparation and benefits enrollment/changes.
Performance Management:
Coordinate annual performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion and providing guidance to managers on effective feedback.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

? Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
