Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and communication materials.
Marketing
Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events/webinars.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with good writing and content creation abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
