Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

HR/Marketing Executive

to support our human resource functions and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who are organized, creative, and have a passion for both people management and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support the performance appraisal and employee engagement programs. Handle employee queries and facilitate grievance redressal. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely HR compliance and documentation. Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness. Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and website updates. Assist in the creation of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, presentations). Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws (preferred). Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Postgraduate diploma (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in HR and/or marketing roles is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
