Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions at the factory level, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, training, and workforce planning. The role ensures smooth labour management, supports business objectives, and promotes a compliant, efficient, and people-friendly work culture.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage manpower planning and coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for factory roles - skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees and workers.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Foster a positive and productive work environment. Address worker grievances and maintain harmony between workers, supervisors, and management. Implement employee welfare activities and engagement programs.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily workforce reports. Coordinate with payroll team for timely and accurate wage processing. Manage shift rosters, overtime records, and workforce scheduling.

4. Legal Compliance & Labour Laws



Ensure statutory compliance under the Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, etc. Liaison with labour officers, factory inspectors, and other government authorities. Maintain and update compliance records and statutory registers.

5. Performance & Training



Support implementation of performance appraisal systems. Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for workers and staff. Promote continuous improvement in workforce productivity and discipline.

6. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)



Coordinate with safety officers to implement workplace safety standards. Promote health and hygiene practices across the factory. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety norms.

Key Skills Required:



Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage large workforce operations Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
