Job Description

The HR will be responsible for leading and managing the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions including Employee Relations, Training & Development, Statutory Compliance, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



1. HR Leadership & Team Management



Supervise and guide the HR team across all HR functions. Monitor daily tasks, team performance, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and share weekly/monthly HR reports and dashboards. Make presentations to management on HR activities, issues, and updates.

. Operational HR & Employee Relations:/IR



Oversee all day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances; ensure prompt resolution.

Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and engagement.

Promote harmonious employer-employee relationships

Facilitate collective bargaining


Supports negotiations between employers and trade unions on wages, working conditions, and benefits.

Resolve industrial disputes


Provides mechanisms like grievance redressal, conciliation, arbitration, and adjudication to prevent strikes or lockouts.

Ensure legal compliance


Aligns workplace policies with labor laws, safety standards, and employment regulations.

Safeguard employee welfare


Oversees fair wages, safe working conditions, health benefits, and job security.

Support communication and transparency


Builds trust through regular dialogue between management and workers or unions

. Training & Development:



Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads and working collaboratively with training teams.

Monitor effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements.

Implement and manage the

Learning Management System (LMS)

for tracking, assigning, and evaluating training modules.

. Statutory Compliance:



Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

Maintain proper documentation and liaise with statutory bodies during audits or inspections.

Performance Management



Drive performance appraisal cycle - goal setting, mid-year, and annual review.

Support managers in evaluating and improving team performance.

.Compensation & Benefits



Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy.

Review and update compensation structures, as needed.

Manage employee benefits and welfare programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and team supervision abilities

Excellent knowledge of IR

Good command over HR software, Excel, and MIS reporting

Effective communicator and presenter

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications - MBA /Post Graduate Full time in Human Resources.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
