About the Role:
Venus Graph is looking for a confident and responsible HR / Office Management Intern who can manage recruitment, handle staff, and support student coordination. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
(sourcing, screening, onboarding).
Supervise and coordinate office staff
while maintaining discipline.
Communicate effectively with
clients and students.
Guide and motivate students to
join our paid courses.
Handle
emails, social media, and daily office communication.
Assist with
HR and administrative operations.
Maintain reports, attendance, and office documentation.
Requirements:
Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic
computer and email knowledge
(MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Familiarity with
social media platforms.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Education:
Pursuing or completed
BBA, MBA (HR/Marketing), B.Com, or related degree.
Timings:
Office Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Intern Working Hours:
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
