Company Culture Related Tasks:
Conduct monthly check-ins with the team to ensure their issues get resolved asap
Host monthly cultural activities to promote a friendly work culture
Acknowledge & reward high-performing candidates every month
Organize annual getaway trips for the team
HR Generalist Tasks:
Overlook recruitment for multiple job openings (improved inflow of candidates, screening and onboarding, etc.)
Payroll management for employees & freelancers & track expenses in misc. areas (hardware, rewards, etc.)
About the role:
Salary: 4-7 LPA
100% Remote role
