About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Recruiter Intern
to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR, hiring processes, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in conducting telephonic and initial HR screening rounds.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate tracking sheets.
Participate in onboarding activities and documentation.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
