The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR practitioners and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point of contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

What you'll do:



Serve as the HRIS partner supporting various HCM processes, leveraging Workday functionality to drive efficiency and improvement. Provide consultation and impact analysis to HR Business Partners and HR COEs, gathering requirements, designing, and configuring solutions that align with business needs. Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS functionality, maintaining a strong understanding of current and upcoming system capabilities. Evaluate system updates and releases to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements. Configure, test, validate, and implement changes to business processes within the HRIS. Support testing of integrations, security configurations, and system updates. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated HRIS issues and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and insights. Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training sessions to stay current on HRIS functionalities and best practices.

What you'll bring to the role:



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably with Workday or similar HCM platforms. General knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Familiarity with system testing methodologies and change management processes. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
