Role - HRIS Sr. Analyst
Job Location - Kolkata
Position Overview:
This position will provide Human Resources support services to onshore employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service. The specialist will perform EDM, WFA, HRIS administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities, including system/data maintenance for New Zealand client portfolios.
Knowledge & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Workday
Working Experience of 3-4 years for international/Global (AUS/New Zealand preferred) geographies
Process new hires, employee status changes and other data changes
Manage the Right to work processes
Maintain records and procedures for the administration process.
Create and maintain employee and contractor records like New hire, Termination etc.
Processing Employee Data Change Forms and conducting mass data updates (e.g., organizational changes)
Processing Exit administration, Exit surveys & analysis
Answer questions on employee data, personnel files, starters/changes/leavers etc.
Manage centralized documentation and renewal processes for SOPs
Process/lead org structures, restructures and data changes in system
Maintain data integrity between systems, Config-test-deploy data changes
Participate in system data audits and due actions
Managing system roles/accesses and related compliance
Formal Education & Certification:
Bachelor / Master's degree in any discipline
Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
Skill Set:
HRO Experience in Internationa/Global (preferred New Zealand) geographies
Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure
Strong email and voice communication skills
Strong communication, problem solving and resolution skills.
Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills.
Must have good experience and exposure in direct or telephonic communication with onshore clients
Acumen to analyze data and good excel skills
Analytical bend of mind to give process improvement ideas and find a better and congenial way to improve day to day process
Working Conditions:
Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.
Ability to work 247 shift timings. Work from Office only
Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
