How you'll add value
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis support for the Solenis' global HR team. This individual serves as an analytical point-of-contact across HR and ensures operational excellence in reporting. The incumbent will perform a variety of analytical tasks, including but not limited to: report generation, data trending, system auditing / analyzing data quality for improvement opportunities and tracking data analysis trends. This role will also partner with the broader HR, IT and Finance teams to design dashboards and identify data trends. The HR Analyst will also support other cross functional projects within HR as assigned.
