It serves as the backbone of HR operations, connecting people and technology for enhanced efficiency. Role Overview
As the HRMS Zone Specialist for India, you will be the local ambassador of the HRMS and play a critical role in driving HR digitalization and process excellence across all Indian entities. Working closely with both local HR and global HRMS teams, you will ensure seamless HR operations, data consistency, and user enablement through effective system management and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • System Management & Support
Manage and oversee the HRMS and GreytHR systems across all Indian entities.
Provide Level 2 functional support to HR users; troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate complex issues.
Maintain country-specific configurations and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Monitor and manage data interfaces between HRMS and GreytHR to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
Act as the focal point for HRMS initiatives across Indian subsidiaries.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to drive system improvements and process standardization.
Coordinate with global HRMS teams to ensure alignment on updates, releases, and best practices.
  • Training & Change Management
Conduct training sessions and promote HR digital maturity through knowledge-sharing, MOOCs, and workshops.
Lead local HRMS meetings, ensuring smooth communication and adoption of new features.
Create and maintain process documentation and user guides for India operations.
  • Data Quality & Analytics
Ensure data accuracy between HRMS and payroll systems using regular audits and Power BI analytics.
Generate reports and insights to support HR decision-making and process improvement. Your Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in HRIS operations/support (SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with GreytHR or similar HR platforms.
Proven ability to train, guide, and support HR users.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage. Why Join Us?
