Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about building and optimizing HR technology that drives meaningful global impact? As our HRIS Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing Availity's Workday platform across the US and India--owning end-to-end configuration, optimization, and support of all core Workday modules.
This hands-on role requires broad Workday experience--across Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Talent, and Reporting. However, what will truly set you apart is strong expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
You'll work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors, driving continuous improvements using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Configuration & AdministrationConfigure and maintain all core Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting.
Advanced Expertise AreasBring deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields & dashboards), and Talent Management to drive enhanced functionality and strategic insights.
Agile Execution & System EnhancementsManage enhancements, releases, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology. Track work through JIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.
Reporting & Data IntegrityBuild advanced custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership. Conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient Workday solutions.
Continuous ImprovementStay current on Workday releases and trends. Identify opportunities for automation and improved system usability.
Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on Workday experience across all major modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting).
Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations.
Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in using JIRA for project and task management.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
