HRIS Analyst - Krakow, Poland

Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused HRIS Analyst based in Krakow to join the Global HR Team.

As a member of the Ansell Krakow team, the HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring our HR systems are stable, well-governed, and deliver real value to the business through accurate data, reporting, and process optimization. If you have proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong background in HRIS support and business analysis, you might be the next colleague we are looking for!

What will your role be?

In collaboration with our HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and reporting to the Global HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst will: Act as the point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Talent Management, Performance & Compensation Management, Learning, and Talent Acquisition.

Ensure daily HRIS operations run smoothly, resolving issues and coordinating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Lead testing and improvements: own UAT, validate fixes and upgrades, and provide feedback for enhancements. Deliver reliable HR reporting and insights by maintaining data integrity and supporting dashboard automation. Document and improve processes, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices. Train and support HR users in system navigation, reporting, and process adherence. Support projects and change initiatives with basic project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Demonstrated experience in functional and business support of HRIS systems. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Time & Attendance). Proven record of supporting full-lifecycle implementations in a global environment. Know-how to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic project and change management skills. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PHR, Oracle HCM) are a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

This role requires limited travel (<5%).
