HRIS Analyst

Position Summary:




This position works with the global centralized HR Service Center team which partners with the HR functional areas and helps to drive continuous improvement and processes by leveraging tools and technology. This role ensures data integrity, system optimization, and supports HR functions including reporting, system administration, and process improvements, as well as serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR-related systems. This role will also assists with data analysis, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. The team is responsible for the effective and efficient management of HR data throughout the employee lifecycle. The incumbent should possess a sound understanding of Human Resources Processes and Policies, Human Resources Technology and the employee lifecycle. Must have strong commitment and vigilance to data security and is expected to always maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:



Maintain and manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Act as a system administrator for the HRIS platform. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new features. Design, generate, and analyze reports and dashboards to support HR initiatives and business decisions. Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure integrity and security. Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendor support teams when required. Document system processes, workflows, and configurations. Partners with the HR Stakeholders (Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, HR Business Partners, etc.) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field Minimum of Five (5) years of HRIS experience, preferably in a Human Resources department Prior experience with ADP Enterprise v6 and ServiceNow is preferred. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, unwavering commitment to deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism and commitment to HR profession and global team. Prior experience managing processes, analyzing information, and problem solving Excellent time management and organizational skills able to manage multiple competing priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment Operates with the utmost discretion with company and employee data Ability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English required

Previous HR System experience (data entry and report running), Understanding of quality systems and processes Basic understanding of knowledge management
