Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.

Job Summary
Are you eager to grow your HR technology skills and help optimize Workday for a global team? As a HRIS Analyst II at Availity, you'll support and enhance our Workday platform across the US and India--helping configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core Workday modules.
This hands-on role offers exposure to a broad range of Workday functionality, including Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Talent, and Reporting. You'll gain deeper expertise in areas like Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management while collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to drive system improvements and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Support & ConfigurationAssist in configuring and maintaining Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting. Support day-to-day system maintenance and issue resolution.

Advanced Expertise AreasDevelop growing expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields and dashboards), and Talent Management. Build reports and dashboards to provide HR and leadership with actionable insights.

Agile Execution & System EnhancementsParticipate in system enhancements, release updates, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology. Track work and tasks through JIRA, supporting sprint goals and timelines.

Data Integrity & ReportingAssist with regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data. Support reporting needs across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.

Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to understand requirements and implement efficient Workday solutions. Stay current on Workday updates and suggest improvements for processes and automation.

Qualifications2+ years of hands-on Workday experience across major modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting). Basic to intermediate experience in Benefits and/or Talent Management. Understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations. Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
