HRIS Analyst I (Remote)

Full time, India



In this role, you will be the backbone of our integration solutions. You'll design, develop, and maintain robust integration flows, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Do you have strong technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving? - Read on!

As an Integration Developer, you will

Design, develop, and implement integration scenarios using SAP CPI for SAP SuccessFactors and other systems Build and configure iFlows for standard and custom integrations (e.g., Employee Central to Payroll systems) Collaborate with business and functional teams to capture integration requirements. Optimize existing integrations for scalability, security, and performance Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP modules and third-party systems (ADP, Other payrolls) Work with protocols like HTTPS, REST, SOAP, SFTP, OData, IDoc

About you

Expertise in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Strong knowledge of integration protocols and security mechanisms Scripting skills (Java/Groovy) for advanced transformations Understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.) Hands-on experience with web APIs: SFAPI, SF OData, SOAP/REST APIs Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
