Join us in shaping the future of technology and engineering solutions on a global scale.Position SummaryProvide operational support for human resources data, reporting and analytical systems and to maintain employee data in the HCM system as per Company established practices. Analyze HR data, systems, and processes/programs under general supervisionDuties And ResponsibilitiesFunctionsComplete all data entry for life cycle events (new hires, status changes, terminations, promotions, etc.)

  • Upload electronic documents to employee files.
  • Monitor multiple HR inboxes and respond to inquiries.
  • Apply basic knowledge of PSFT and HCM programs to ensure efficient operations, processing and reporting for worldwide employees.
  • Work collaboratively to streamline processes, systems and ways of delivering HR services.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Address enquiries submitted through case management portal promptly and within SLA requirements.
  • Responsible for Data Governance; transaction processing based on requisite approvals and system requirements.

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Lead HRIS AdministratorQualificationsREQUIRED
  • Graduate in any discipline, HR or related preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a shared services environment, with prior exposure to HRIS Systems (experience with Oracle Fusion systems preferred.
  • Ability to adjust schedule accordingly to support 24/5 operation.
DESIRED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
  • Practical Experience in any Workforce Management and Case Management tool.
  • Maintains knowledge of Service Delivery Processes and Procedures.

Additional InformationWorking ConditionsThis position is considered HYBRID (Office plus Remote working) which is characterized as follows:
  • Employee must have the ability to switch between remote and in-office setup.
  • For a remote setup, Wi-Fi bandwidth to support daily work and video calls on MS-Teams is mandatory.
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace and while travelling to and from workplace.
