Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced HR Executive who can optimise workflow management across our research-driven, energetic team, ensuring clarity, structure, and a strong performance culture.Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and implement the company//'s KPA, KRA, and OKR framework, alongside driving people development, team coordination, training, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, structured, people-focused, open to new learning, and excited to work closely with motivated, fast-learning teams.
What You Will Do at company
Understand team workflows and strengthen workflow management through a well-aligned performance framework.
Introduce KPAs, KRAs, and OKRs to bring clarity, alignment, and consistent growth.
Enable smooth cross-team coordination and efficient workflows.
Identify training needs and deliver impactful learning programs.
Establish clear, simple HR processes that drive accountability.
Foster a motivating culture where people feel supported and aligned.
Lead hiring for research-driven talent and ensure strong onboarding.
Who Will Fit Well
Prior HR experience is required, preferably in a performance-focused or growth-oriented organization.
* Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
